If Tomorrow Never Comes

God, And If My Time On Earth Is Through ..

Yes, I am very much inspired with parts of the lyrics from the song 'If Tomorrow Never Comes' for my writing here today.  Such statement, 'if tomorrow never comes', has been asked - not exactly in that exact phrase but coined synonymously for end of time - by some people who have chatted with me these past few days.

There is a growing awareness amongst us on the prophecy of Nostradamus and the Mayan calender about the end of the world on 21 December, 2012.  As the days draw near, people are getting anxious and, at the same time, there is a growing sector of pessimism about it.

I do not know much about Nostradamus and his works nor do I faithfully subscribe to the Mayan calender.  But, as a sensitive individual and that I work with energy, I feel 21 December 2012 will be a day of a new beginning.  It is about the opening of a new chapter.  It shall reveal the good side of all humans where negative energies will trade off for something good.  There will be positive camaraderie amongst us.  There will be higher consciousness to our actions, thoughts and words.  It is said widely amongst light workers to be a day to bring us forward on our ascension to the Fifth Dimension.

Do We Mean What We Say?

God, Guide My Tongue So That I Can Only Speak The Truth.

It is said that respect is earned and not given.  Ironically, the reality in all of us, we are often in a dominant mindset that we desire for respect to be given to us.  It is like an automatic virtue that we take for granted.  We desire to be respected by all the people we interact whether they are new in our lives, whether they are strangers and it does not matter if we just come to know another person.

Somehow, respect is garnered (without our awareness) to show for our inadequacy.  We need it to make us feel good, feel worthy of trust and to level our integrity and status.  The other day, when I was reading through a forum, a poster felt offended that his post was attacked.  He felt his effort to start a thread was not appreciated (which brushed down to respect).  A friend who I threaded on the fine line felt angry with me for highlighting his weakness.

I Am Not Going To Fight About It

God, Provide Me What Is Mine.

Basically, there are two types of conduct that people will do to get what they want.  There is either a motivational goal where we fight for what we want or we choose to formulate in thinking to achieve its ends.  Either way, there is no right nor wrong representation as all human activities are aimed at something good, i.e. the goal to which they are directed.  However, the good is that, which one is attempting to achieve versus failure or just acting aimlessly.

Either way, it shows that there are choices.  It is a matter of choosing the best attitude that works best, that suits the individual and how he thinks.  There are many people, often with good reason, who believe that they should fight for what they want.  They will go all way out, sometimes to the extent of trading in with sacrifices, in order to get with what their hearts desire.  It does not matter, let's be honest, in the process that they hurt some other people along the way.  What is important to them, they get to own their winning prize.

Understand The Language Of The Universe

God, Your Love Encompasses Without Words.

Very often, when we are to meet a foreigner with a different language, the only way that we get to understand each other is through a sound language.  We sound the language that we know and with the help of our hands' gestures, somehow, communication is established.  While it is still so much a chicken and duck situation, we do get to cross over to interpret for a common language.  We are able to make conversation.  Though very likely, there is also a high chance where we are lost in translation.

The Language of the Universe, though mystical, is highly adaptable but it takes our interpreting requirement significantly.  When I used to have a house pet, I experienced that the Language of the Universe did not put a stop in conveying messages.  There was no boundary to communicate between us. All that I had to do was to make the sound of the English language and My Dear Ruby, a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel pretty well responded.

I Want To Write Miracle Stories

God, I Know You Hear Me

This is the story where I believe a miracle is taking place.  As far as I believe, it is a miraculous progression on my spiritual faith.  It is a clarity in my insight towards the power of visualization and the power of prayer.  It is about, and with the awareness of the existence of my ego here, the possible highest knowledge that I have acquired thus far and how things work when I surrender to God for things to turn around.

PERHAPS - yes, it is a big "perhaps" that the situation of my health that I am now in and the recovery (with God willing) that I am experiencing is about my journey of faith.  It is about my recognition of God and how He works with me, of super powers in tandem with a visualized mind, of miracles in hope and faith, of spiritual healing with one's truth and trustworthiness, and how important it is to be positive in all circumstances in life. Basically, it is the sum of all thoughts, about the powers of prayers and how well my mind can accept with such serious  purposes.

Love Keeps All Creations Together

God, Shine Your Rays of Light Into Me and So To All The People I Love

The one thing, and perhaps the only important thing, that I would allow my soul to nurture is to expand love in my Being.  But, before I let it to grow, it is important that I (must) know the life force energy it manifests.  It is important that I realize the fluid to how it flows and the crystallization it shapes.  The word 'Love' in itself is often misleading.  We often associate the word with the wonderful and majestic feeling of one that only encourages a joyful and peaceful state of being.

'Love' is a state of emotion.  Either we love to love or we love to hate.  Ironically, this state of emotion is never questioned.  When all things turn out good and well, we believe that we are doing them out of love.  When there is a happy ending, we are convinced there is the work of love at play.  We think that we have done the right thing and all things right.  Deep in our mind, we save the grace that we have achieved all perceptual, emotional and behavioral purposes to have done with the common language of love.   There is usually no question asked.

Today Is Good, Tomorrow Is Better

God, You Open The Beauty of Your Creation And The Life Lessons That I Need To Learn. Thank You.

Island of Capri, Italy (Picture taken from Mount Solaro, the highest point on the island - 589 metres above sea level, with the view of the famous Faraglioni)

For one, I feel blessed.  And, for its opportunity, I am grateful with all its kindness, charm and beauty and the enjoying favor.  Importantly, I am thankful at the wondrous of life that allows me to see, feel and experience at the world's old political and religious country of Western civilisation and the capital of Roman Empire and the site of Holy See.

Sometime back, I wrote The Present Is The Past Is The Future.  There, I mentioned about bumping into a common friend where he led me to re-establish with my other dearest friends (two of them) whom I had been trying to connect the past years.  Thanks to this wonderful common friend, I had re-established with these two dearest friends.

The Hotels of Bangkok - Part Two

God, I Am Grateful To Live In Your Abundance.

This is the continuation on the hotels that we used to stay in Bangkok.

From here on, our priority has changed compared to the early days of our Bangkok holidays.  Do not get me wrong, there is nothing wrong with the Silom, Surawong and Sathorn areas.  In terms of public transport, it is convenient.  There are both the BTS Sky Walk Trains and the underground MRT system.  Metered taxis and the local Tut-Tut taxis are every where in those vicinity and around the clock.

There are lots of local eateries around these areas.  By night time, there is a long stretch of pasar malam (night markets) along Silom and Surawong Roads.  These night markets are a great place to shop for souvenirs, fake brand name items and cheap goods.  Then, there are a lot of pubs and bars and the Bangkok's infamous adult entertainment.

The Hotels of Bangkok - Part One

God, Thank You For All That You Have Provided Me

Somehow, we have become an information source for Bangkok.  Few friends and many of our family members have come to us for guides.  What surprises us most, these people who used not to like Bangkok are now so excited about going there.  They are looking forward to visit Thailand more often.  For readers who think that we know so much about this Land of Smile, the answer is 'no'.  We take no claims to know this country much but enough to make our holidays there comfortable and relaxing.

As it is, our Thai language is still half-past six and we still rely on Map of Bangkok to move around. Bangkok Tips are written based on our personal preference, uniquely ours, and our ways of enjoying a relaxed holidays whenever we are in Thailand.  As previously written in The Thailand Story, Part One, that we always enjoy visiting Thailand.  Whenever we are there, we hardly do any of those touristry visits to the popular places.  We could be happy doing nothing and just a stroll to one place a day.

The Broaden World, The Larger Mind

God, In You I Find So Much Peace

In June 2011, I wrote about my transition (in Broaden The Mind, Broaden Thy World) which I thought would last me, err, forever.  I must say, reading through the article again makes me a failure now.  I feel that I have contradicted myself.  Then again, perhaps at that time I gave in so as to avoid the extra renovation when I was still not fully convinced with the wifi internet connectivity.  I mentioned, in that article, that I would still prefer a wired network.

Note to myself:  Ah, is this just another excuse?

It has to do with the power of the mind.  As much as I have slowly getting used to wifi, deep inside me still wonder if I had made the right decision.  Especially when I constantly have things to download, live media streaming and data uploads.  Especially when I know the download speed on wired connection will more than double.  Honestly, should I want to be calculative, to pay for a high end broadband package and not utilize the service is not cost effective.

When Mistakes Are Made

God, Fill My Waking Hours With Joy And Peace of Mind.  In My Sleep, A Bed Besides You.

As humans, we can't never be free from making mistakes.  We just can't escape; no one is perfect.

Though it is good to minimize its occurrence and not to duplicate them in magnitude, mistakes are realization best friend.  It is just the way things are.  Though we dearly love not to make mistakes in life, imperfection is part of our human condition.  Inevitably, we are going to make mistakes, sometimes big and inexcusable ones.  That bad things, like it or not, are sometimes going to happen.  That we are always, and often non-negotiable, going to find things to regret.

I have come to understand that no mistakes are entirely our loss only if we are to learn something out from them.  It is the only way for us to become aware, to build a better conscience and a tool to look inward for something good and positive.  Mistakes are there for a reason to serve us a clue as to what is going on in our world.  While that may be certainly true, mistakes are made by people who are yet to learn to accept responsibility for themselves and for their actions.

Before It Is Too Late

God, I Seek Your Mercy

Consciousness.  What is it all about?  About.com explains it to be:

"Consciousness refers to your individual awareness of your unique thoughts, memories, feelings, sensations and environment. Your conscious experiences are constantly shifting and changing. For example, in one moment you may be focused on reading this article. Your consciousness may then shift to the memory of a conversation you had earlier with a co-worker. Next, you might notice how uncomfortable your chair is or maybe you are mentally planning dinner. This ever-shifting stream of thoughts can change dramatically from one moment to the next, but your experience of it seems smooth and effortless."

And wiki states that "Consciousness is the quality or state of being aware of an external object or something within oneself.  It has been defined as: subjectivity, awareness, the ability to experience or to feel, wakefulness, having a sense of self hood, and the executive control system of the mind."

The Gift of Life

God, Only In You I Trust

Looking back at these past months, particularly the last one, have been rather emotionally and spiritually challenging for me.  At times, it drains me physically and mentally.  At times,  I am soaked with my own tears.  Admittedly, there is just so much my soul can take.  There is just so much to experience. There is just so much to resolve and to pronounce a wise judgement.  There are, unusually, many highs and lows.  There are boxes and layers of joy and sadness.  It has been a period where I am asked to surrender.  It has been a period of resignation and restoration.  It is, probably, a period for my revelation.

Still, there is no blame in God.  I will never want to do that.  I know these paths are created by humans, created from the vibrations of my own manifestation.  Also, it has nothing to do with fate for all life events are opened and tied with choices.  God gives everyone a choice in everything.  Nor should I blame a person or the people around me who is making me to suffer.  I create such ups and downs.  Such sufferings, should I want to call it, is not from God though it is important for me to realize that these experiences are laid where He expects me to understand them.  Generally in life, it is our own doings to all things, to all decisions, to all events and to all choices.  It takes our wisdom to understand, and to be fully aware of, the negative variables and separate them.

Quality And Quantity

God, Please Give Me The Strength

I have written few articles that touched on my (our) life desires, the Q-thing, on Quality and Quantity.  About how, depending on each individual, such Q-thing makes a difference.  To some, quality is important while too much quantity brings stress.  Yet, to another, the desire and the importance where more the merrier and regardless whether the quality is sub-standard is a way of life.  No which way is right nor wrong here, each has its merits.  Each carries value and morality.  Each of these Qs in itself brings with it an eternity.

My previous articles:
It's A Small Small World
The Twelfth of Never

Today, as I so happen to think much of the phrase "in itself brings with it an eternity", it reminds me of what Paulo Coelho has written in his book 'The Alchemist'.  This book has sold millions and the phrase certainly brings an important value that I often think of.  Where the phrase is in the book, Paulo was talking about a seer casting some twigs.  Here is the excerpt:

Why We Need To Know About Us

Be kind, for everyone we meet is fighting some kind of a battle

I have always thought it is easy to give love.  After all, I believe that we are created from the product and the result of love.  That love is the core of our BEing.  Love is in our DNA.  Love lies within our unconscious soul and it flows through out our entirety.  It reaches far out to our physical well being, in our mental processes, in our emotional states and in our spiritual aspirations.  Everything that we do is, and ought to be, from love.  Cos it is the natural thing to do since love is in our blood.

My point is, everything that we do is out of love.  It is because we are in love with something that we want to achieve to carry out those things.  Be it the love is out from passion and compassion or hate and dislike.  Love sets us the vision to drive us into doing things.  It is in this vision that moves us to do great things big and small, give great big and small things and love at all times.  Perhaps, the most powerful aspect of vision is that it changes the way of thinking, which in turn changes the way we live.

Even The Best Has Faults

Whenever You Point Out A Finger, Always Remember There Are Three Pointing Back at You

Perfection.  Is it just a concept of an endless repeated process?  Is it a motivation or is it a burden?  Is it a psychological desire that we are driven towards achieving something greater even when we have achieved the desired result?  Most times, we live making goals with each goal must be better than the previous ones.  Does the quest for perfection change our attitudes?

The irony, in most cases, is that while wanting to be perfect motivates our lives, it lands us in a subconscious state of mind where we think we know it all.  In such a state of mind and without knowing, we tend to exercise and indulge in judgement.  When we think we know it all, then technically the next person will be Know Nothing.  In all subtlety, our mind provides an unconscious energy the preoccupation of making sure we feel superior.

The Life We Want Is Not The Live We Live

Only when you own happiness that you live

Happiness is said to be a journey and it is never a destination.  Aristotle said "Happiness is the meaning and purpose of life, the whole aim and end of human existence".  Let's face it, happiness has nothing to do with all the material things or with the outward circumstances a person can gain .  A person living in the pool of luxury can be miserable and another in the depth of poverty can be overflowed with happiness.

We just cannot hold a torch to light another's soul without brightening our own.  For example, if a friend is always complaining about his misfortune and all the negative events around him, we have very little control over what he says.  For all the reasons he allows himself to think that his life sucks most time, there is nothing for us to gain from trying to change nor read his mind to change his attitude.  However, we have the options either to agree to disagree or disagree to agree.

That Much We Can Do

You Cannot Move Forward If You Look Backward

There are times in life where we feel that there is just 'that much' we can do.  In the way we give, we act, we speak, we reach out.  There can be only so much positive thinking and counting of blessings before we go on to do no more.

Ultimately, it can come to a point where we just have to let go.  We have to take a stand to take charge.  We have to disengage from any obstructive blockages to let our energy to move on.  To let our energy to be what is - the spiritual free will.  We have to look forward and let the past be our lesson for us to learn to be wise.

While it is encouraged, as good humans to help to improve the welfare and happiness of others and to the alleviation of their sufferings, often we can be perturbed from the process.  Understanding human thinking and interaction processes are complicated and, perhaps, a lifelong challenge and collaboration.

Stop The Assumption

The ONLY thing that ought to, can and should, fill our soul is God.

Confusion, the cause for many of us to be unable to think with clarity, often arises because we can be rather clueless about things.  We can be way thrown off and muddled not because we cannot think but rather we tend to associate the thinking process with one thing or action that does not match to what we have learned.  We have good reasons to find justifications for what we do, and over time we build up quite a complex set of theories about ourselves.

The irony about a learned mind lies with our simple human nature.  Humans are mostly driven to be consistent in all areas of life.  It is shown in our words, deeds, attitudes, opinions, beliefs, values, habits and promises.  When we make a decision or take a stand, or performs an action, we strive to make all future behaviour to match our past behaviour.  We can deny, manipulate, undervalue or overvalue our attributes, behaviours, motivations and talents.

I Love What I Do

Ego, when it is left unattended, deforms the growth of our soul.  It blacks out our light towards higher consciousness.

Passion is not a burden nor it is a form of occupation.  Nor does passion should be about asserting to demonstrate or showing of strength.  A passion has to be real, it has to be a want to manifest a real life goal and a real life means to achieve it.  Passion has to come from within, from the soul's deep desire towards something big and beautiful.  It has to be done with calm yet assertive appetite.

The idea that we choose our passion is an article of faith.  It is about going inward into our soul to discover the person we want to be.  A person who has passion for technology excels himself to its application of practical science.  A person who has passion in mastering food becomes a skilled chef.  A person who has passion for life seeks spiritual meanings and purposes.  It is about gearing ourselves up to the possibility of BEing and consciousness.  Passion is a pattern of movement and behavior in a single consciousness.  Above all, it is a revelation to the essence of our existence.

12 Simple Arts of Home-Keeping

Take responsibility and own what was spoken; denial and brushing off your words only reflect your own character, faith and trust in yourself - not forgetting what others think of you.

In a recent email received from a friend, I find a good number of useful and practical tips.  I must admit that I have never thought of such tips nor have I used them before.  To this friend, "Thank You" for the email.  I have decided to blog it so it can be shared around.

This entry should accompany with the one recently wrote - The Simple Arts of Home-Keeping.

In Partnership With The Universe

blog 02

The beauty of life begins when there is a desire to make good.

It started when I decided to go back to putting on glasses.  It seemed the lasik surgery that I did some six years ago had started to deteriorate my vision.   I first realized the poor vision during my trip to Hanoi, which I mistakenly thought the bad visibility had to do with the fog and the air pollution there.  It followed where I were no longer had the long passion to sit in front of the computer liked I used to do.  I felt exhausted reading the web after awhile, not even wished to stay for more than fifteen minutes.  It became harder to focus.  Generally, things were no longer *digitally* clear and I was getting (un-necessarily) frustrated.

Ah, humans could never feel enough, no?  Humans would always be searching.  Had it to do with our zillion questions and the quest for perfection in life?  What was to make someone wanted to change, wanted to improve?  Generally, we could never fully accept that each and every being was a Divine Being descended from The Supreme Being.  There would always be something new and more that we desired, every single day, whether we realized these desires might be good or otherwise.

Love Is A Process of Growth

Reflecting on an intimate understanding of individual suffering.

This writing is dedicated to a dear friend, an indigo child, JH.  A person, in my opinion, who has so much love without realizing it much.  An individual that is seemingly peaceful.  JH is a warmhearted friend, a loving son and an affectionate soul.  The content of this writing is not about his shortfall (in the first place, I cannot even find anything negative about this special earthly angel) but more a reflection of his spiritually nurturing love.  Thank You for the life lesson that you bring forth.  May your life forward, JH be forever blessed.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Often, when we think of love, the first thing that pops in our mind is struggle.  One may further add the helpless feeling of hurt and illusion.  As long as life goes on and we continue to live, Love to many could be like a bird often with a fractured wing.  That, one can only have love after going through a series of ups and downs.  That, one can only own love after going through rituals and acquiring its arts.  Rarely we will think that love is the vehicle of growth.

The Simple Arts of Home-Keeping

The best you can do is to manage the variables under your control.

There is a tremendous pleasure I get in being able to relax in a clean house.  My soul feels at ease.  My mind is free of the negative clouds about life in general.  Cleanliness, as goes the adage, is next to godliness.  By keeping Reiki Sanctuary clean, I sense to lead a healthy and hygienic life.  A clean house creates room for me to be able to think on a more clear space free of distractions.

The cleanliness of both our body and our surroundings ought to be maintained for better living.  House keeping, and house cleaning, is important as it gives us the advantage of staying in a cool and clean home.  This can help us to relax and reduce our chances of suffering from stress.  It has been found that those who stay in untidy houses usually get into depression conditions more easily than those in clean orderly environments.

Why Do We Need To Keep Writing

Don’t wait till the eulogy to tell someone you love them. Otherwise they won’t hear you.

When I start to blog, I tell myself that it would be a way for me to reach out to the Universe.  And the more I blog, I recognize that I am a part of the big thing.  Do not get me wrong here, I do know that I (and so are all other humans) am only a very small portion of the great Universe.  That the Universe and I should be in partnership.  This blog is for the Universe to hear me.  For the Universe to feel my emotions.  For the Universe to place me with all that I deserved to have, to experiment and experience and to learn.  Writing in this blog, "it has been a place where many of my random thoughts are expressed" as I mentioned it in 'About This Blog'.

The truth, as I pen down my thoughts, may be puzzling.  It may take some time even for me to grapple with.  At times, it may be counter intuitive, may contradict my deeply held prejudices.  It may not be consonant with what I desperately want to be true, but then our preferences often do not determine what could be true.  We have a method, and that method helps us to reach not absolute truth, only asymptotic approaches to the true.  We could never be there, just closer and closer, always finding vast new oceans of undiscovered possibilities.

Leveraging Abundance

Beware of mixing emotions and money. It’s rarely a good combination.

And so the habit dies hard.  'Habit' is such a negative word to reflect on our recurrent pattern of behavior.  Habit entails an unconscious addiction and a resigned feeling that reflects a lack in inner competence and dependency in life.  For us, the habit of holiday shopping for Reiki Sanctuary is a conscious recognition of her presence.  Thing is, we enjoy beautifying Reiki Sanctuary.  Thing is, she is just not a dwelling to shelter us from the sun and the rain.  She is more than just a home; she is our Heaven on Earth.  Such, she plays a crucial purpose to mold our characters.

We always remember her during our holidays.  She is constantly with us even when we are to be thousand miles away.  It makes us to appreciate her existence and make ourselves to feel complete again.  In 'The Tenet of Soul', I wrote "the state of a house tells another kind of stories.  A story of the soul, a representation of our earthly lives".  We have always wanted to create the energy within Reiki Sanctuary to reflect the "way we perceive things and the values that we live by.  Of how people come together to bring hope, courage, inspiration and love".

Be One With The Seven Wonders

The difference between friends and family? You can pick and choose among your friends.

Good Morning, Vietnam!
(Part Two of Three)

When one is to live with little (or no) expectations, the outcome towards life is generally more rewarding.  It can completely change the way we experience life.  It brings about the knowledge of wisdom, thus enriching the soul.  It, unconsciously, endeavours with a more empowering mindset.  It opens doors to living a life avoiding to deal with our selfish nature and focuses beyond what we think we deserve to have.

We should already know that life without expectations, on any level, will make us feel good.  It liberates us and we are free to go with the flow of the Universe.  Importantly, we shall not be affected by the encountered outcomes.  When we give with the expectation of receiving something in return, we are not really letting go of what we are giving.  If we do not let go completely, then we are still clinging to whatever we gave.

I Have Become A Millionaire ... Again!

The truth is usually easier to live with than getting caught in a lie.

Early this year, I wrote I Have Become A Millionaire when I travelled to Batam, Indonesia.  The Indonesian Rupiah goes by millions.  Here again, after the exchange rate from Singapore Dollars to Vietnam Dong, I become an instant millionaire once more. Awww, how sweet life is!

Good Morning, Vietnam!
(Part One)

And so I say, visiting Hanoi (Vietnam) is not for the faint-hearted.  Though the spring weather in March (during my visit) is at its best, walking around the busy city is another thing.  It is a challenge especially when one is crossing the roads.  There are just too many motorbikes and cars, and not forgetting big passenger vans, fighting for the rights of ways.  Personally, I feel there is just no proper traffic system.  Even if there are traffic lights and zebra crossings, motorists often ignore them leaving pedestrians to have gung-ho determination to cross over to the other side of the road.

Interestingly, roads in Hanoi - especially at the Old Quarter, are sounded with lots of honks.  There are honks every where.  The horns of the motorbikes, cars and vans are legitimate business.  Ironically, they keep the roads in order and safe.  The sounds are every where at every minute even in small lanes and worse, these noises can be a nuisance should your hotel is just along the busy duong (roads).  My taxi driver who drove me back to Noi Bai International Airport had his hands on his honk practically all through the 45 kilometres drive from city's downtown to the airport, even along the highway.

Why Do We Count Our Blessings

Peace is the person who finds fault with himself instead of finding fault with others.  Love is its own reward.

My words may not express the exact magnitude of my gratitude, of being in sincere thankfulness and appreciation for all the things that I have experienced in life.  Nor my words can easily justify my intuition as to recognize the will of God for His blessings upon me.  What I totally feel deep within me has no boundaries but yet words can be limited.  My words often do a poor job of expressing just how blessed I am.

It is, somewhat, harder than I thought to thank God enough.  Fact is, I am appreciative of the good things that I have received. Fact is, I am appreciative of the bad things that I have received too.  Together, they have helped my insight and intuition in recognizing God's presence to let me to experience His ways, the Divine Way.  Together, it is the way He is taking care of me, allowing me to understand what is Life about.  Together, it leads me to an acceptance about life that requires hope, faith and love.

Here You Are, At Last

We grow through our children as much as we raise them.

Here you are at last, our dearest Ruby.  This shall be your playground, on Mother Earth.  This shall be your final resting place. Earth to Earth; the way you were created and it shall be just the way that you go back.  May you rest in peace.

We are very touched with the kindness of another human being.  It starts when Candy passes on peacefully earlier this week (Read Her Obituary Here).  Our dearest friend wants her to be buried, after the cremation.  Her friend offers her beautiful garden.

The Unsung Eulogy

How much do you know about your own birth?

Today marks the third year of your passing to the Rainbow Bridge.  Little is said how much we feel blessed to have you.  Little is said how beautiful your soul is as to provide us with comfort.  Little is said how we feel with the Almighty has been showering His divinity upon us through you.  You, dear Ruby, has come into our life for a bigger reason designed by God certainly for a purpose.

For once, I am not going to allow myself to be judged with your presence in our life.  You, just like any of us, have been created by God.  You have a purpose, just like any of us.  Ironically, for a little soul, you have bigger wisdom than most of us.  You have so much unconditional love that humans should be ashamed.  Your gentle soul deserves a place in God's Kingdom.

We Need To Listen To The Voices Of Words

Don’t light fuses you cannot put out.  Don't say the words you cannot own them.

We should feel blessed that we are able to talk, to verbalize and communicate.  That our spirits can experience to express our thoughts and emotions.  That we are able to speak the voice of our heart as spontaneous thoughts, visions, feelings or impressions.  Question is, do we listen to the words we use when we speak?  Do we allow reckless words to pierce like a sword and not the tongue of the wise to bring healing?

Words are communicative energy.  They shape the human person of who and what we are.  They shape the quality on how we will live.  They are the sound of the heart, the vibrations of good faith within us.  They are the eyes of our heart enriching our insight.

Everyday Is A Curved Learning Road

Everyone gets there. Some of us just take the long way home.

Every day, our life gives us new lessons where we (should) learn something new.  Ideally, should we are to learn and acquire something good, something important, something meaningful.  We (should) learn from reading a news, after meeting (old or new) friends, from sharing ideas, from listening to music, from just watching others.  What I want to say is, we can learn from anything - even by staring at the clouds or watching the birds or in silencing the mind.  Lessons are in our body, at home, in the nature .. in every second of our lives.

Life hands us valuable lessons - the good thing is, we can decide what we want to learn.  We can take the best and throw away the rest.  The bad thing is, should we fail to empower that life can bring with it the opportunity for us to learn about ourselves and completely ignoring its meaningful purposes, then we ought to think hard.

The Present Is The Past Is The Future

You can live in the past or create the future. You can’t do both.

What a small small world.  Just when we think that the world is actually big with seven continents, four oceans, over 180,000 islands and 6.7 billion people in the world today, it makes it an unlikely place to bump into familiar faces met in another country.  Especially so  when we can bump into old friends which may have a very small probability of occurring.

When it does happen, one would wonder at its fascination.  One may wonder at the paradoxical occurence of events that can happen without obvious cause.  There would always be something to be uncovered along the way.  Indeed, the world would be more surprising if coincidences never occurred.

Why Forgiveness Is Difficult Thing To Give

Humans aren’t perfect. Neither are religions?

It is plain and simple - should a person is to tell us that he/she does not make any mistakes, one can only think that he/she must really be free of sins and fit to be a saint.  Should this same person, he/she is able to freely put judgement on others for many of their wrong doings and not able to reflect much of the same that he/she is capable (of making mistakes) too - that humans can be  weak, and often confused, when it comes to emotional reasoning about matters of the heart - then this he/she should be called 'God'.

Why can a person be heartless?  Is it true that some people are just born to be negative and not cherished life experiences to be lessons of good change?  Unfortunately, the fact that a person can be educated can be colder than someone who is not.  Unfortunately, the fact that a person who thinks that he/she has more life experiences can be lacking in Emotional Intelligence (EQ).

Who Are You To Judge Me?

Like waves we come, Like waves we go .. out of the ocean.

The one thing that I realized, the one thing that marks a great distinction between freeing our soul and to live with divinity (and yet be insanely sane) is when one is trapped not able to differentiate between being 'human being' and 'human doing'.  Spiritually, it is synonymous of being a God fearing (being Human Doing) and God loving (being Human Being) individual.

These emotions confuse our full acceptance and full understanding to God.  These conflicting feelings draw us away from walking and partnering with God.  Often, we are told to fear God to be close to Him.  Often, we are told that we need to work for Him to be with Him.

How Would You Remember Me?

Have you made arrangements for your survivors to recover all your passwords and PINs? Now would be a really good time to take care of this.

OK, this may be a morbid and alarming terrible thought.  To many, this subject of my post constitutes an unsound mind.  One may even say that I may be having some forms of depression or, perhaps, a total withdrawal to life.  That I may have given up hope and to have given up life so easily, relinquishing my faith and ignoring on life purpose and that I should not entertain such an unhealthy (and sinful?) thought.

Thing is, I am not suicidal nor am I depressed as to think on such a topic .  Yes, I think of death frequently.  And before you judge me,  I am not going through or suffering any depression.  I am healthy, my soul and spirit is happy, and I do not experience any traumatic guilt nor do I live each day with a feeling of worthlessness.  I do not have sudden outburst of sorrow nor do I have lost total interest in everything.

When Words Don't Come Easy

If you wipe someone’s ass don’t complain about getting shit on your hands.

Why, when we have a higher developed brain structure, yet we stammer or stumble or forget what we want to say.  Worse, we just cannot find the right words nor phrases to express the exact feelings.  Even when we think that we find the right words, they are just not enough to express the messages of these thoughts perfectly.

I have come across with this situation often of late.  I can 'read' my thoughts internally but I stumble over my words, or phrases, out loud.  My mind comprehends the subject and that (I think) I could analyze better.  Sub-consciously, I have gotten to the point where I just do not wish to speak much because it has become a hassle.

The Difference Between Us

Don’t expect others to make your life better.

Does it occur to you that in any conversation - be it face to face or through written note or  virtual - the best way to communicate with somebody is when they are of the same vibrational level?

Of course it may not be the same for everybody but it does play an important part in sustaining the session.  A conversation can be beautiful and full of unlimited potentials when there is a common vibration.  Imagine, you are interested in spirituality and someone keeps talking about sex or politics.  Or when you are seeking for some motivational guidance and you keep getting another person to talk about food.

The Reunion

A true warrior doesn’t need a gun. The battles he wins are not against external enemies.

G uess it has come a time, for all of us, to be what we are meant to be.  Our awareness should have opened up by now.  Our consciousness should have elevated by now.  Our realization has made us to feel differently, for the better, now.  Things all around us, in its subtle forms, have changed.

What we used to like previously is no longer giving us satisfaction.  In fact, it has raised the vibration higher where we we feel something bigger is to happen.  We want something bigger now.  We want something more now.  The days of being happy are now replaced with a deep desire for peace.  The days of being lonely are empowered with a belief of co-existence with divine grace.   The desires for personal core values are now discharged in a constant flux to sense of self.

The Days of Rushing Emotions

It’s easier to save money than to make more.  It’s sometimes easier to just do it, than it is to talk about doing it.

Is forgiveness such a difficult emotion to embrace?  Can the component of emotions be separated from the inter-relationship of the mind and the heart?  How can an individual be totally appeased with conflicting decisions?

Human emotions are, in such singlish turn of phrase, a heck-care roller coaster.  It is not an easy phenomena to digest.  It is a bagful mixture of emotional responses often involved directly with the circumstances  give rise from an external component.  One can keep his joy but it may not be necessarily shared with the people around him.    Another may be filled with anger but the people around him can emote otherwise.

I Have Become A Millionaire

If you can’t laugh at yourself, you’re going to make the rest of us feel guilty for laughing at you.

You saw and read it right! Yes, I have become a millionaire!  I am a millionaire - Yay! Yay! Yay!  But before you call me, my friends, do read further first.

Family Bonding - it is a simple word well understood but not many of us can well live with its value.  We tend, as we grow older, to spend a lot more time with our friends than with our own family members.  We become closer to our friends, some become our confidante and the relationship is much closer than we are to our family.  We share a lot more about ourselves to our friends.  We organize outings, even holidays, with friends.  Slowly, without we realize, our ties with our family become just the minimum.

That's The Way It Is

Would you steal if you knew you wouldn’t get caught? Lie if you could get away with it?

What a better way to start out the new year, I just could not have asked for more.  I am glad that I ended the year 2011, on 31st December, differently.  Usually, I tend to spend New Year's eve with a small gathering or that I would stay up long enough just to usher in the new day.

For a change, this time round on 31 December 2011, I went to bed before the clock struck 12.  I felt, it would be nice to rest my spirit and soul, in the comfort of my own bed and to be in the vast universal dreams.  Where my body and mental vibrations were lower and to allow my brain wave to fall to the alpha level and lower.  Afterall, at this level and below - the theta and delta state, our spirit and soul engage into a relaxed, calm, lucid non-thinking stage.
